I stopped absorbing the mood in the room before I'd even walked in. The silence afterward was mine.
What's inside The Deprogramming Course.
A sequence that finds you — in your patterns, your body, your relationships, your God. In order. At your pace.
-
00
We Enter Carefully. Or We Don't Enter at All.
Establish safety. What this work is. What it isn't. How to move through it without your nervous system treating change as a threat.
-
01
You Were Not Born This Way. You Were Trained.
Obedience isn't your personality. It's a survival strategy your nervous system learned before you had words.
-
02
Your Body Said Yes Before You Did.
Freeze. Fawn. Comply. Until you understand the body, you cannot change the behavior.
-
03
You Didn't Choose Fear. Fear Was Dressed as Faith.
Devotion and submission are not the same word. Your nervous system just never learned the difference.
-
04
Guilt Is Not Your Conscience. It's Your Leash.
Conditioned guilt isn't about harm — it's about displeasure. This module breaks that loop at the root.
-
05
Stop Blaming Yourself. Start Reading the System.
EPIC — Event. Pattern. Influence. Code. Once you see the structure, obedience stops being personal. It becomes precise.
-
06
This Is Where the Code Actually Changes.
Not insight. Not affirmations. The Mindhacking Method works at the subconscious level — where obedience lives.
-
07–08
Now You Take It Into the Room.
Marriage. Family. Work. Authority. The pause before you speak. The choice you make when guilt gets loud. This is the work — in the room.
What women say, when the pattern lets go.
The pattern had been running since I was twelve. It had a name by the end of Module 1.
I asked for the number I actually wanted. For the first time. She said yes.
The thing I had called maturity was obedience dressed in composure. Naming it was the work.
What is deprogramming?
Deprogramming is the process of identifying and unlearning the obedience patterns trained into you. Usually in childhood, usually without your awareness. It is not therapy and it is not mindset work. It is pattern recognition followed by practice.
Who is this course for?
Women who have already done therapy, read the books, and can articulate their patterns, but still repeat them. Usually high-functioning: founders, executives, therapists, consultants, creatives. You are stuck because awareness alone does not break a nervous-system pattern.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy processes what happened to you. Deprogramming interrupts what you keep doing because of it. They are complementary, not competing.
How long does it take?
On average 6 to 8 weeks at one module per week. Some women finish in a month. Some take six. There is no deadline.
What's the refund policy?
If you've worked through the first three modules and the patterns do not begin to surface, email within 30 days for a full refund. No forms, no interrogation.
Deprogramming Obedience.
Eight modules. The Mindhacking Method, in full. For the women who've already done the reading — and still repeat the pattern. This is where it actually changes.
